Latex Elastics

There are now five sizes available of Orthopli elastics ranging from 2.5 oz or a 6 oz. pull (3x slack diamater). The elastics are made of the highest quality surgical latex tubing with a precision cut separating each elastic. Each elastic bag is marked letters A thru E which identifies the inside diameter of the elastic. The are also color coded which identifies their forces. The elastics are prepacked 50 bags per box and 100 elastics per bag. Neon Elastics are assorted equally in each box. (neon green, neon pink, and neon purple).

Non-Latex Elastics

Upon request Orthopli now offers a medical grade resin made with a non-latex elastic and has a crystal clear appearance. Non-latex elastics will not absorbv water, maintain a longer shelf life and have an excellent patient acceptance. The non-latex elastics are labeled as a letter for size and color for force, prepackaged 50 bags per box and 100 elastics per bag.

Tissue Guard

Flexible, polyurethane tubing that can be slipped over round and rectangular archwire to create a protective sleeve to prevent irritation. It is odorless and available in clear and gray colors. 10' per spool.

Tooth Separators

Made of specially formulated materials for quick and easy separation of teeth, color coded for easy identification and placement, available in small green (anterior) and large blue (posterior). 1000 per pack.

Elastic Tube

The Round Hollow Tube is designed to hold knots by crimping itself when tied. Available in .025 and .030. (25' spool).

Elastic Thread

The Round Solid Thread has a smooth surface. Orthopli's Elastic Thread will maintain force over an extended period of time. (25' spool).

#ELPU - Elastic Pullers 100 per Pack

These multi-color uniquely desidned placers provide an elastic hook on one end and a pusher on the other end to remove the elastics. They are available in multi-colored packages, 4 colors per package. Purple, fushia, yellow, teal in packages of 100. Excellent for home patient use.
